The main venue of the BRICS Summit is located in Xiamen International Conference Center, which includes the State Banquet Hall, the Straits Hall (press conference Hall) and several small and medium-sized conference halls, among which the State Banquet Hall is mainly used for the welcome dinner and meetings

The most special feature of this project is that the audio signals of the whole summit venue should be collected to the main audio-video control room, and then distributed freely to each venue according to the requirements of the conference. This requires the main venue and the main control room to form a large-scale digital audio network, so this time the main venue and the main control room are using Cadac's latest digital mixer CDC6 and CDC MC ROUTER (router) to form a digital network. This network is integrated using the MegaCOMMS protocol unique to Cadac manufacturers. At the heart of the system is a CDC MC Router, which provides routing capability for the MegaCOMMS network. It can connect to up to 12 MegaCOMMS devices, and with gain compensation, it can be used to expand the number of channels in the audio network to 3072. MegaCOMMS network adds a delay of less than 0.01ms, and the extremely low delay ensures the real-time and accuracy of the conference system. At the same time, 6 CDC6 digital sound mixing stations are connected to the system. They are responsible for the mixing and sound amplification of the local meeting hall, and also responsible for sending the required signals to the general control room or processing and sound amplification of the signals assigned by the general control room. The most impressive feature of the CDC 6 is an optically fitted 23.5-inch 16:9 HD LCD touch screen with digital encoder underneath and to the right. Cadac's unique large-screen integration enables the screen to present a clean and intuitive graphical user interface. The unique combination of touch screen and traditional encoder enables users to control the parameters of the platform with ease, naturally forming intuitive touch and swipe modes.
