Dalian International Conference Center is located in the core area of Dalian East Port Business District and CBD. It is the main venue of Summer Davos Forum in China and one of the top ten theaters in China. The conference center uses a Cadac mixer.

The conference center covers an area of 4.3 hectares, with a total construction area of 146,800 square meters and a height of 59 meters. It is divided into one underground floor and four above ground floors, which are divided into the hall, comprehensive service area, grand theater and conference hall, a variety of small meeting rooms and other functional areas.
